This website is operated by Miriderma Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Miriderma Ltd. Miriderma Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.
SITE MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
1. Monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use
2. Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities
3. In our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof
4. In our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems
5. Otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site and the Marketplace Offerings.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
MIRIDERMA CLINIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FORCE MAJEURE
If Miriderma Ltd is delayed, hindered or prevented from performing any of its obligations under any order by reason of any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, we will have no liability to you in respect of such non-performance. The time for carrying out obligations will be extended until the event or circumstance has ceased.
BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Bookings are made on a first-come-first-served basis. A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required for all clinic treatments. This amount is per treatment not per appointment. Payment is required at the time of booking in. Bookings are not confirmed until we have sent you a confirmation email.
You will receive an appointment reminder by email and/or text. Please refer to this for your specific appointment time. Late arrivals may not receive a treatment, though we will always try our best to see you. However, you will not be seen if you are 20 minutes late or more.
If you have paid for a treatment, please be aware that the outcome of the consultation may be information only and advice that you are unsuitable for treatment and you will not be entitled to a refund of your booking fee.
In the event of last-minute rescheduling or cancellation (less than 48 hours prior to appointment), you will need to pay another booking fee in order to book a new appointment. If you have paid the full treatment amount pre-appointment, the remaining cost (minus £50 booking fee) will be refunded to you.
You can reschedule your appointment up to 6 months from the original appointment date. If you are unable to do this your appointment along with your booking fee may be forfeited (this will be at the discretion of our Medical Director).
TREATMENT POLICY
Results of treatments and products cannot be guaranteed.
It is essential that you provide all medical history asked of you. Miriderma Ltd will not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of withheld information or failure to follow instructions from the Miriderma Ltd team.
Upon booking an appointment with Miriderma Ltd, you understand and hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Miriderma Ltd, Dr Sandra Gamper and staff for individual results.
You may be required to pay up to 50% of treatment (injectables, skin treatments & protocols) cost for top-up or correctional work. This will be at the discretion of the medical director.
Prices and nature of our services can change without prior notice.
Full payment of services will be requested on completion. In the event of collection enforcement, the client shall be liable for any costs associated with such collection, including, but not limited to, legal costs, attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
Please note that any requests for a refund due to, but not limited to: any complications that arise from not following pre/post-treatment advice, change of mind, failure to listen to what was discussed during the consultation or agreed to in the consent form - will not be fulfilled, unless at the discretion of the Medical Director.
All packages treatments can only be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. Further extensions are at the discretion of our Medical Director. Packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are bespoke/prescribed. Package treatments can only be redeemed by the purchaser
VISTING THE CLINIC
Please see our COVID-19 Policy for our latest policies regarding visits to the Miriderma Clinic. If you have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 prior to your appointment, you will be declined treatment/entry to the clinic. Please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your booking.
We politely request that you refrain from bringing children with you to our clinic for health and safety reasons. Miriderma Ltd cannot accept responsibility for children.
The clinic can run behind schedule and for this reason, we ask that you do not make plans within 2 hours post-treatment. If the clinic is running more than 1 hour late, we will reschedule your appointment for you free of charge.
ONLINE SHOP – SKINCARE AND PRESCRIPTION ITEMS
The below terms & conditions are applicable to buying products from our website and in the clinic. Please also refer to the website section of these Terms of Service. By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are at least 18 years of age.
Medical information and advice provided by this site is for information purposes only and does not substitute the advice and treatment of a medical practitioner.
The prices of products on the Miriderma website are inclusive of taxes and offered for sale to the customer at the displayed prices. A small charge for postage and packing may apply.
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic e-mail from Miriderma Ltd confirming that we have received your order. However, we review all orders prior to dispatch to ensure they are suitable.
If any of the items ordered are prescription-only items, then you will need to complete a virtual consultation with our doctor before those items are dispatched. This will involve the customer providing personal information about their medical history and consenting to the use of the products. The customer will be advised as to the suitability of the products and on their proper use. Our medical team reserves the right to decline to fulfil your order if it is deemed that the products ordered are unsuitable and where possible, will suggest an alternative. If you wish to change your order, we will amend it and credit/debit you for the difference. You will be sent email confirmation of the amendment.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The price payable for the goods is the price indicated on the website. Payment will be taken before dispatching the goods.
Miriderma Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders received at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. If we cancel an order the customer’s card will be refunded.
Customers must provide a valid billing address that matches the address to which their debit or credit card is registered. Failure to do so may result in the transaction being rejected by the payment provider
Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery is charged at a small fee to the UK and Channel Islands. We do not currently offer International Shipping.
All orders are sent using a recorded delivery service and must be signed for upon receipt by the addressee. If the addressee is not present at the time of delivery it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery of the item. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to Miriderma Ltd. If an item is returned, we will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery. We reserve the right to charge the customer for postage costs for any re-delivery of items.
Delivery of items is done using a third party, so we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days, however, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Orders containing prescription-only items, will only be dispatched once the customer has completed a consultation
You agree to us acting as your agent in the delivery of the goods. The point of purchase is the United Kingdom, and you agree that the subsequent importation of all medicines is by yourself and for your own personal use.
All products and packaging, where applicable, will be compliant with EU regulations. This will mean that in some instances the packaging and product will vary slightly from the products supplied in the US.
ONLINE RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We regret that we cannot take back or refund products once opened.
Regarding non-prescription products - If after receiving your goods, you decide that you no longer wish to use them, then you will have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are returned to us undamaged and unopened. We will give you a credit note upon receipt of the returned goods. We reserve the right to charge you for any postage and packaging costs incurred.
Whilst we try to ensure all non-prescription products have an expiry date beyond 6 months from the expiry date, we are unable to replace or refund 'out of date products' which have been delivered to you longer than 3 calendar months from the date of expiry.
After signing for the package, should you subsequently find that any of your products are damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the goods to us in their original packaging. We may issue you with a replacement product upon receipt of the returned goods. This will be at the discretion of our Medical Director.
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present, failure to collect, will be refunded minus any delivery costs Miriderma Ltd has incurred in sending the order out to the patient.
PRESCRIPTION-ONLY PRODUCTS
Prescription-only products are only available to patients registered with Miriderma Ltd. By acknowledging that you are a patient Miriderma Ltd you confirm that you are willing to provide information for examination for the medical team to make the necessary assessment to allow our Medical Director to prescribe.
Following your consultation, our Doctor will issue you with a prescription for your prescription-only products, which we will keep on file. We will hold repeat prescriptions for you on file meaning further consultation will not be needed unless you order a different product or your medical history changes.
Each time a product is dispensed and dispatched to you; a prescription is used up. You can continue to re-order your products until you have used up all of your repeat prescriptions. You will then need a new consultation with a member of our medical team before any further prescription products can be dispatched to you.
Please note that we cannot allow prescription products to be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched by the Pharmacy.
If you have unwanted prescription products, please take them to your local Pharmacy for safe disposal.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
Complaints can be made in writing by emailing miriderma@gmail.com. Complaints are not monitored elsewhere.
You will receive acknowledgment of your complaint within 2 working days of its receipt.
We will always endeavour to resolve the complaint in a manner that has a satisfactory outcome for our patients and customers.
For any complaints which result in any gestures of goodwill between Miriderma Ltd and the patient or customer, a signed agreement will need to be completed.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state/province/country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state/province/country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. All payments shall be in GBP Sterling.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.
